The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff could have been friendlier and more helpful at check‑in, and I’d have appreciated clearer guidance to find my room after being handed a key card with no directions.

Got a regular room and it was great; the restaurant food was LOVELY and the shuttle ran smoothly. The only downside was that the other party with us was assigned an accessibility room, so the shower felt like it was taken away from someone who needed it.

The place was clean and packed with amenities, and there was nothing to complain about.

The rooms were nice, spacious and clean, but the air conditioning didn’t cool very well.
