I liked everything. The location is perfect. The hotel is very clean, the room cleaning was very good, also the hotel decorate is very beautiful, they thought about every little detail. And the crew is amazing. They gave me the best service , they were very welcoming and helpful. Also the breakfast is wonderful. 10/10 🙏🏽

The location is fantastic, the rooms are clean, comfy and have been recently refreshed, breakfast was great, and the staff were extremely helpful; we’d definitely stay again. Nothing to complain about—everything was lovely!

The room was exceptional, but the breakfast was very bad

The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood with no outside noise, it feels like a different world than Venice, a real paradise. The room was super clean and spacious. The air‑conditioning was too cold and hard to control, and at night some mysterious lights flickered above my head even though I was in complete darkness. The noise inside was high, the sound insulation was poor, and other guests who returned at night slammed doors so hard they rattled the walls and my bed. Breakfast was very modest.
