The mattress was good, the room was modern and friendly with a fantastic sunrise view. The breakfast buffet was rich and had a great panoramic view. There was only one coffee machine, but it was well stocked. Unfortunately the pillows were synthetic.

Breakfast was excellent, with a good range of cold cuts and coffee. The breakfast area was spotless and well organized, and my family and I enjoyed the meal along with the amazing view from our table. The hotel is far from the train station; we had to walk 15–20 minutes with luggage, and taxis and Uber were hard to find.

Great value for money, the location is superb—just a 10‑minute walk into town. The hotel feels very modern and beautifully decorated, and everything is spotlessly clean. The staff are extremely friendly. The breakfast room on the 8th floor offers a gorgeous view over the Palatinate. Absolutely recommend; we’ll definitely return. No complaints.
