“Despite the noise, we would definitely return as the hotel was in a perfect location and comfortable”
The location was awesome, close to everything we wanted to see, and we liked having the option between the center and quieter streets of Kahlsa. The room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. It was very noisy, though—we could hear every shower the neighbors took, suitcases being unzipped, and people chatting in the hallway all night.
The location was excellent and the room was decent, with a checkout time of 12 h that’s a plus. It was clean, but the maintenance felt a bit lacking. The breakfast was centrally located and the selection solid, though the scrambled eggs were unappetizing. There’s no parking, so finding a spot in the garages is a gamble.
The hotel sits right in the city center.

Breakfast was a highlight, especially the rooftop option that added a nice touch; I’d definitely suggest guests opt for the breakfast package so they’re set before heading out. The rooftop also worked great for evening cocktails. My room was immaculate, with a sleek bathroom and a fantastic shower.
“I centrum”
The hotel is truly in the heart of the city, but be aware that reaching the recommended parking can be tricky because it’s tucked into narrow streets; consider staying outside the ZTL zone and walking in. I stayed in a junior suite that was quite spacious, had a nice view, and was fairly clean. The front‑desk staff were very helpful even when the place was crowded. The breakfast restaurant offered a great view but was quite dirty, with pigeons inside and outside picking at crumbs that never got wiped, and the paper napkins weren’t changed between guests. The outdoor terrace had too little shade, making it very hot.
