The room contains one single bed for a single guest. The bathroom includes a wash basin, a shower located on the landing, and provides a bathrobe and slippers.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the location was excellent, and the breakfast was lovely. I was worried about the bedroom door lock, which was loose and lacked a second deadbolt inside; this was concerning because there’s no 24‑hour reception and entry to the building is via a keypad. The interior paint looked sloppy, the bathroom was clean but a bit mouldy, and a larger common area would have been nice since the only seating was a small spot on an upstairs landing.

The staff were fabulous and the services wonderful, especially the amazing breakfast; nothing to add.
The location is great, but the reception closes at 5 pm and no one is on duty after that, which made me feel unsafe as a solo female traveller; my ground‑floor room was right next to the reception, so the proximity to the entrance didn’t help, and I woke up several times to people coming and going. The front desk clerk told me in writing that breakfast was included, yet the breakfast server denied it twice in the morning—she didn’t charge me after I showed the paper, but it was still frustrating.
