The hotel lived up to its premium status, with an incredibly beautiful and well‑maintained property. The spacious, modern rooms were in a Balinese style with high‑end plumbing, and every convenience was provided. The staff were very pleasant and responsive, especially a woman named Rano, who deserves special thanks. I spent three nights at Capella and left with unforgettable memories, hoping to return. The only downside was that there were only two restaurants on the premises, which seemed a bit limited.

“Not worth it.”

The hotel’s location is good and it offers decent family facilities. The rooms are well finished and the beds are very comfortable. However, Capella is promoted as an “ultra‑luxury hospitality brand,” and this property doesn’t live up to that claim. The cabanas and kids’ pool have cracked paint, the poolside bar is unattended all day, and we had to walk to the restaurant just to get water. The QR codes for ordering food and drink at the poolside tables are old and rusted, so they’re unusable. When food was delivered, napkins were never provided, so we had to ask for them daily. The kids’ lifejackets were broken or torn, and the breakfast was mediocre, featuring frozen dumplings and pastries. On top of all that, a wedding took place next to the pool on our first day; from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM the music was so loud we couldn’t enjoy the pool, and we could still hear it in our room. The hotel should have informed guests about the event so we could adjust our plans. Overall, this experience was far below what we expected from Capella.

“Неплохой отель для спокойного пляжного отдыха”

The Chinese restaurant was excellent, and the reception and bar staff worked wonderfully. The room was very comfortable with a huge bathroom. The architects and decorators did a superb job. The beach is very convenient for swimming, and the sea itself is excellent—once you’re there, you don’t want to leave. Breakfast and its service were poor, the poolside service was also bad, Wi‑Fi was weak in many areas, and the Thai restaurant was inedible.
