Contemporary, air‑conditioned rooms feature balconies with partial Tyrrhenian Sea views, flat‑screen TVs, and shower‑only bathrooms. Guests relax in the garden, sunbathe on the partner beach, and reach Portoferraio’s historic sites and ferry terminal within a 15‑minute drive.

The location was unbeatable, practically on the large and beautiful beach of Procchio. The food was great, parking was almost under the room, and the staff was precise, competent, and always smiling—everyone! We left completely satisfied. The hotel’s three stars should be upgraded to four!

The only thing missing was the view in front of a very nice beach. The staff was very friendly! The room was nice and there was plenty of relaxation. It made our stay very pleasant. I have nothing else to say.

Very clean, good bed, great breakfast, everything was well maintained and organized. Family‑friendly. From 6 am the street was cleaned, garbage was removed, and the apartments are so noisy‑transmitting that you can hear the neighbors well. Sleep is only moderate for noise‑sensitive people. During breakfast there’s a seating arrangement that feels like a class trip and it’s very loud.
