The amenities and staffs are good. I like that they offer multiple shuttle schedules going to different disney parks. I like that dinner/snacks and complimentary alcoholic drinks are included. I also like that they have arcade inside the hotel and splash pads in the pool area, great for kids. Their buffet breakfast and snacks menus are exactly same everyday. There were no other varieties offered. We ate the same food everyday for 5days

The proximity to the Disney parks was a major plus, though a few employees showed little empathy toward guests.

The staff was friendly. 1. When I woke up in the morning and pulled the comforter back, noticed there were two little balls on the bed that looked like poop. I took a picture and showed it to the front desk. They apologized and said they would have housekeeping change the sheets. I have never experienced anything like this but they really should make up for that somehow. Yuck

The food was convenient and tasty, and moving around the property was very easy, but I wish there were more frequent buses.
