The staff was very friendly and the pool and beach were perfect. I did have an issue with the AC not being very cold, but when I called the front desk they had it fixed immediately.

The Fujairah location is now super easy to reach from Etihad Rail, and the bed, linens, and pillows are all very comfortable. The whole place stays clean and well kept, and the pool‑side staff are charming and very vigilant, catching potential issues before they actually happen—like grabbing small children who have wandered away from their relaxed parents. The gym is clean, has enough equipment, and everything is well maintained. Having both a great beach and a pool works so well, and the breakfast options are good. On the downside, there are not enough Nespresso pods or teabags in the room; you need more than just one of each type. The evening meal selection in the main restaurant needs to be revised and the quality improved. Controlling the lighting in the room is a bit tricky, and the electronic switches didn’t really work very well at all.

World-Class Dining & Service The culinary offerings were a standout highlight of our trip. Every meal served was fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with incredible flavor. What truly elevates this property, however, is the staff. Every team member we encountered was attentive, intuitive, and remarkably hospitality-driven—always one step ahead of our needs without ever feeling intrusive. Special thanks to Santhoss, Brandon, Maged, Viviana and chef Sankar for making us feel so valued throughout our stay. none

Great place to spend a few days just relaxing, the Hotel is quite cosy, well decorated, luxury and comfortable. The breakfast is simply great offering a huge variety of food at the buffet and even a la cart options. Hotel staff were very welcoming and ready to support any of our requests. It is a suggestion other than a complaint, the Hotel has potential to offer more options of activities at the beach
