“Sucio”
The location is fine. From the day before my arrival, I was being messaged, and I really thought they had prepared the room for me. We arrived and were checked in on the 1st floor via a PC in a hallway that had a terrible smell; the monitor had a cardboard sign above it that seemed to hide cables, and overall it looked sloppy. After receiving all the instructions, we entered the room through a hallway that still smelled awful. There was a yellow armchair that, if they told me, they lifted from a corner container—believe it. The room smelled like confinement, full of lint and hair on the floor. Spiderwebs were in a corner of the wall next to the bed, and behind the bed it seemed like no one had swept it for months, just like behind the bedside tables. The bathroom tiles had black grout, and the doors were covered in lint and had mosquitoes stuck to them. I reported the issue to the person in charge (the one who received us at the PC) that night and on the following mornings. They swept behind the bed, removed a spiderweb and its spider from the corner, and cleaned the lint off the bathroom door. That was the only improvement, and it was minimal!
