The location in the historic center gives a wonderful view over the old town. The room is practical, and the staff are very friendly. It gets noisy at night because there are bars nearby.

The reception staff, Milagros and the others, were excellent—attentive and helpful. The spot is super central with a gorgeous rooftop view; you have to climb stairs but it’s worth it. The towels in the room are a bit worn, there’s a TV but the signal is terrible, and we didn’t need it anyway.

The roof terrace is great for breakfast. The basement room is dark, cold, and has no real windows. There’s no place to hang clothes, and the bathroom isn’t appealing.

Breakfast is good, and the terrace view is lovely. It would have been nicer if there were a hook on the wall to hang my coat.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a nice vibe with plants and a terrace. The location is great. The main issue was how cold the hotel was—there’s no heating in the room, and the shower head with three settings never gets hot or even warm, which was a big disappointment after a long, rainy day of hiking. The temperature stayed at 10 °C, so we were very chilly in bed. The place is also quite noisy; you can hear everything—people walking, doorbells, phones, the kitchen blender. Some maintenance is needed; the floors are loose and stick up, and the rugs only cover them partially, so you still stub your toes. I wish I could give a higher rating, but it wasn’t a very comfortable stay.
