The location is excellent, but you have to consider that there’s a building right next to it and the noise starts early in the morning. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired; outside it looks clean, but inside it’s not. The towels weren’t white, they were old and even torn and stained. The elevator and the carpets were damp. The price for a night isn’t justified, it’s not a boutique. This is the first time the pictures on Booking don’t match reality. Really disappointing.

It’s close enough, and the hospitality is excellent.

The location was excellent. The room was old and smelled terrible. There was no receptionist, but there was a 24/7 WhatsApp contact. Construction was outside the building.

The treatment of the guest was appalling. No one was at the reception, so they promised to email me the invoice. I followed up via WhatsApp, but they simply stopped responding. The only explanation is that they are operating off the books and not registering guests.

The location is impeccable. The bad thing is that this establishment does not allow the VAT to be refunded for foreign passport holders. That’s unacceptable.
