I was assigned to the 4th floor and the cleaning was consistently good every day.

If you’re heading to an event in La Macarena or the stadium, the location is great and close to the 70 for food or drinks. After a concert, the hotel left me waiting outside for over 35 minutes to open the door; there were beggars around and I didn’t feel safe. I called several times and even tried to knock with a coin, but it wasn’t until another guest opened that I could get in. The two front‑desk ladies were terrible—no manners, clearly not trained for service—while the only polite person was a gentleman.
