Biagio at the reception was really competent and helped me throughout my stay, always available. I did have a problem with the TV in the room that was never resolved—nothing could be seen.

The staff were courteous and helpful. They offered me dry ice at 11 pm for an outdoor fall. In the room, there were some stains on the walls (various scribbles) and the lampshade wasn’t working.
