This is the best hotel in the city! The room’s interior is amazing, the view is fantastic, and the location is convenient—with a huge number of restaurants and shops right below. I consider it the top hotel in Chengdu, I will definitely return and recommend it.

Really nice looking good for instagram photos the restaurant is also great and is price to fair value. Staff really incompetent,patrolling the elevators scrolling on their phones and not trying to help.Got told that they don’t have umbrellas even tho they 2 minutes later said thats its not even close to occupied,we had to ask a second time just so that they went and actually got umbrellas

Everything was excellent. We had a small issue in the room during check‑in, but it was resolved immediately.

The hotel is perfect, the room is spacious, the bathroom is large and beautiful, everything is very clean, the bed is comfortable, we felt at home, the service is great, the food is wonderful, and it’s super well‑located on a famous street where you can see Chengdu’s iconic towers lit up at night, surrounded by shops and restaurants; the whole team speaks English, it’s gorgeous, we absolutely loved it, and I recommend it! Nothing to complain about.
