The location and price were good. The guests were very noisy, lacked civility, left the common areas dirty, and I felt unsafe and distrusted them to the point that I barely left my room. I had stayed more times before, but this was the first time it happened; I think the owner should take faster action in such situations. I made several warnings and more guests did the same.

The place was convenient. There is no extra ventilation in the room besides the window.

The only thing we liked was the friendliness and good mood of D. Antónia, the cleaning staff. She is a simple lady, always willing to help, empathetic toward others. We did not like the room, too small for two people and two cats; it would be better not to allow pets. Besides being very small, it had a piece of furniture, a wardrobe with broken drawers, and a TV that we couldn’t turn on. The bathrooms had very little privacy, the door didn’t close, and the shower cabins were transparent. The WC area was tiny and, in my opinion, should be divided into female/male. What we disliked the most was the lack of friendliness from D. Ana. On the day we arrived we had some confusion with the lock codes, our fault, because it was well explained via email by Mr. Celso. I called the phone number presented in the same email in case of doubt. Mrs. Ana answered very unkindly and even arrogantly told me, “and now what if I didn’t answer?!” When an email gives a number to call for doubts… it is lamentable to be treated like that. There were other incidents with the same lady that I don’t want to detail here. When we pay, we expect good service.

Nothing. The experience was extremely negative and unpleasant from the start, with no positive points to highlight. The accommodation did not meet minimum safety and hygiene standards. Room 103 is tiny, with dirty floor and visible dust in the air. The structure was degraded, a hanger fell and hurt my friend, the wardrobe was wobbly, there was only one power outlet, and the bed occupied all the space. The pillowcases and towels were stained and seemed not to have been changed. The bathrooms flooded because they are next to the showers. We had to try to stop the water to prevent it from entering the rooms. The kitchen was constantly dirty. Guests intimidated us, knocked on our door and made us wait at the hostel door. We were scared, couldn’t even sleep there, and had to cancel our vacation and return home. It was all bad and we still haven’t received any refund.

Ana is a very nice person, let us enter the room early, the room cleaning was great, fragrant and pleasant, location sensational, Celso and Cristina were also very attentive and helpful via booking chat, for a night it’s ok, the cost‑benefit is also great, near restaurants, beach and everything else! I think I’ve never slept on such a bad mattress, because the price is low, I wasn’t expecting great things, had to put the mattress on the floor to sleep because the room had only 1 bed with two mattresses, we were two people, that’s fine, that’s not a problem, the issue is that the mattress was really thin, the room also only has 1 outlet so we were taking turns between fan, TV, charging phone 🤣🤣🤣
