Excellent service, the restaurant is superb, and everything is very comfortable. The only drawback is that the rules lack clarity.

The infrastructure and overall coziness of the place were nice. We stayed on a holiday and the staff were definitely short, so I think they lacked planning. The kitchen closed very early, and if you wanted something before closing, the menu was very limited. The buffet was restricted and it took a long time to restock, with tables staying dirty for extended periods.

Very nice, beautiful hotel! A large open‑air jacuzzi and a big property. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was tasty. The internet is bad and keeps dropping, and the garden doesn’t catch any Wi‑Fi.

“Lugar, comida y servicio extraordinario!”

I stayed at this place and it was simply wonderful, creating many lovely memories that keep getting better each day; the property is impeccably maintained. The staff were eager, friendly, and helpful, and we hosted a family celebration that turned out extraordinary thanks to the support from the events team and the hotel. Thank you so much! I have no complaints and will return.

The venue surpassed our expectations, offering a vast area that even includes a chapel built in 1883 and a football field. We occupied a unit with a large balcony and breathtaking mountain views, surrounded by abundant flowers, an orchid garden, ponds with fish and ducks, and a horse‑riding area. The swimming pool, however, felt quite small for a property that could be considered a 5‑star hotel.
