Having a bathroom in every room was much appreciated. The beautiful burr oak tree surrounding the breakfast area was lovely! The only issue was the lack of attention to detail and hygiene quality.

The green terrace was stunning, parking was excellent, and the pastries at breakfast were delicious. Just be careful with Google’s wrong directions.

The house is in a magnificent spot, surrounded by nature and just a few minutes from Locri’s crystal‑clear sea. Breakfast under the veranda is excellent, with items prepared by Mrs. Filomena and fresh local fruit. We stayed in the double room with a terrace. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. Mrs. Filomena and her husband Gesumino were extraordinarily kind, making us feel welcomed and pampered for a truly relaxing stay. To perfect it, consider adding an insulating wall with a bathroom or another room (the current drywall lets you hear the other room’s voices even at low volumes), replace the bathroom mat (the lack of a bidet is inconvenient), and fix the shower glass.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, breakfast was excellent with a wooden veranda overlooking the sea… fantastic.
