The hotel didn’t look like the pictures when I first saw it, but it turned out to be amazing! It was part of a package with Celine Dion. The place was clean, the staff friendly, and the rooms were big and spotless. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable. It was really, really good—thanks so much for the stay!

The rooms were huge, with connecting doors and a view of the Eiffel Tower, and the neighbourhood had lovely parks and restaurants. Parking was cheap and located directly at the hotel, and the rooftop restaurant offered a great view of the Eiffel Tower. I was misinformed by an email that there was no parking at the hotel, so we had to awkwardly move the car from a distant parking lot.

We had a great time at this hotel with our two big kids. The staff were adorable, the décor was lovely, and the view from the room and the penthouse was wonderful. We’ll come back.

The welcome was very friendly, the rooms were decent and well arranged, and the breakfast was quality with many items; I’ll gladly return. The Penthouse restaurant on the 14th floor remains pleasant with a smiling service and very decent dishes. However, the hot water flow in the shower was almost nonexistent, leaving only a “warmish” temperature for a normal shower, which needs improvement.
