Everything was wonderful—beautiful facilities, great views, a bathroom and toilet, comfy futons and pajamas for a full experience. The staff were friendly, the breakfast excellent, and they even gave us free shuttle from the ferry to the hotel.

The location, communication, and helpful staff were all good. The hotel closes early, which made it impossible to go out at night.

The welcome was friendly. I had a spacious, quiet room with all the comforts. The public bath was nice and clean. Breakfast was hearty and creative. It’s a great spot to rest in Miyajima, right at the foot of the mountain trail. We didn’t have a private bathroom in our room, and it was a bit pricey.
