Breakfast was good, the cleaning was good, hot water and air conditioning worked, and the common areas were nice. One day we were told no housekeeping was needed because we’d be out all day, yet they still tried to enter three times. There is no good sound isolation between rooms.

The only thing worth mentioning is the food and the hotel’s location, just around the plaza de armas; everything else was lacking. The bed in the room we got was extremely hard, almost causing a head injury because it wasn’t positioned properly, luckily nothing happened. The photos are old and should be updated.
