“Sehr lebhaftes Hotel”
The rooms were large, the bathrooms were nice, the beds were good for a comfortable sleep, and the breakfast included small rolls, ham, cheese, yogurt, muesli, and plenty of sweet pastries. We stayed for three days, and in the evenings the event rooms hosted big parties. The music volume increased as the night went on, so at midnight in room 507 (which is at the back) we felt like we were sitting on a box, which definitely lowered our sleep quality and left us groggy in the morning. The receptionist was quite stressed upon arrival and didn’t give us correct information about the city bus. You have to take a minibus to the stadium, then transfer to bus 101 that goes straight to the center, about a 30‑minute ride. In the evenings the minibus service ends early, while bus 101 runs until around 10 p.m. Tickets aren’t sold on the bus but at tobacco shops marked with a big T, and fare evasion costs €150.
