The various terraces, the garden, the pool, and the décor were great, but the buffet wasn’t very varied.

The building itself looks nice and the spot is close to the sea. The food is fairly varied, plentiful, and decent. However, the cleaning of the rooms and the restaurant tables was rushed and inadequate. The beach was filthy, littered with horse and camel droppings, and overrun with algae that were only roughly piled up, leaving gaps for water entry, which in turn made the water algae‑laden. The lounge chairs and tables were also dirty. The phone and TV in our initially assigned room didn’t work until we protested for two days, after which they finally changed it. The safe was paid for, and there were no toiletries or bathrobes available—definitely not a 4‑star hotel.
