The hotel looks beautiful from the outside, the garden, pools, and buildings are lovely, especially when lit at night. The dining areas and interior spaces are fine, and the beach is clean. Everyone pays attention to guests, the staff are friendly and helpful. There was a wide range of food, though the quality was average. The bathroom was below standard, old and dirty, still smelling bad after cleaning, and it needs a makeover. There is no window in the bathroom, which shares a space with the toilet. The food was sometimes bland and caused stomach issues.
