The garden and pool are lovely; however, there’s always coffee and pastries on tap, but no tea or decaf coffee option, which is handy if you’re staying a week.

The location was great, but the room wasn’t ready on arrival, the pool was open but unwelcoming, and there were no umbrellas even though the sun was blazing all day.

The bedding was good except for the noisy mattress cover that made me sweat, and the room was next to the elevator even though I had asked for a quiet spot.

Nice hotel with pretty rooms, yet the location is outside the centre, a half‑hour walk to the nearest restaurant, an unfriendly front desk staff who didn’t believe the “city tax” payment and made me run up to the 3rd floor to retrieve a discarded receipt, the “restaurant” was a lie—no dining option, and prices were steep: beer €8, reheated frozen food €18+. This was my fourth IBIS stay (Bolesławiec 2022, Brussels 2023, Aix‑les‑Bains twice in September 2026), each with poorer service—won’t return.

The welcome, pool access, and breakfast were good, but the hotel sits on a noisy road, the €200 deposit for two days was a bummer, the studio only had a basic filter coffee maker instead of a capsule machine, the kitchenette lacked a stove—just a microwave and minimal dishes.
