The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, which made a big difference in my stay. However, I did find the parking situation to be quite challenging. It would be great if they could improve the parking facilities.

I appreciated that the hotel didn't skimp on services by not providing breakfast, which was fine by me. On the downside, the parking situation was pretty dismal, with only a couple of spots available. This made my stay a bit more stressful than it needed to be.
