The suite was very spacious, the buffet breakfast cost was reasonable, the location was close to everything, and the staff were courteous and professional. No negative points.

I booked a room for my daughters. My youngest daughter was told she couldn't check in. My baby girl called me and said my oldest daughter needed to be added to the reservation so they could check in, so we added her. My 38‑year‑old daughter arrived and they still did not let her check in, so there was no room and no refund of 282.80. Very disappointed in both companies.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from check‑in to check‑out, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The location was perfect, especially because it was very close to the conference I was attending, making it easy to walk back and forth each day. The hotel was comfortable, well maintained, and offered great value for the money. No negative points.
