The hotel’s location is great and the pool area is nice, but you’re really paying for the spot, not the room quality. The tub was clogged and didn’t drain until a long time after showering—very gross. The room feels a little dated, and the door chain was attached to a frame that had a big hole in it, as if the frame was chiseled out.

Close to Cades Cove, but the room was unfinished—light sockets were hanging out of the wall, the board trim around the wall was falling off, and the ice machine didn’t work.

Tessa was great checking me in and giving info! It was easy to find and it worked for what I needed as a solo traveler
