“Disappointing”
The accommodation was standard motel style, the room was fine and breakfast was acceptable; however there was no lift to the upper floors, the shower tap was stiff, the air conditioning unit started up loudly in the middle of the night and was hard to turn off with no instructions provided, and when we raised the issue at checkout the response was defensive and condescending, although we later received a message with a full apology, feedback, and an offer of a discount and upgrade on our next stay at any of the group’s hotels.
