There was nothing good; my room was a cockroach infestation. The room smelled bad and had bugs.

The place was filthy and unpleasant.

Nothing positive. When I arrived, the check‑in took a long time, and after I returned to my room the key wouldn’t work. The shower was unusable; the water was brown with black debris. The next morning I left for breakfast, and when I came back I was locked out again. The front desk said it was because it was the next day, yet the checkout time was 11 am and it was only 7 am. The room had a musty smell.
