“Decent stay, but I wouldn't stay there again.”

The air conditioner worked well, which was a relief, and it was fairly quiet even though it was near a highway. The mattress was decent, and the kitchenette had a full-size refrigerator, a full stove, a microwave, and even a dishwasher, although we didn’t use any of those appliances because we were only staying for one night while traveling through Big Spring. The bedroom ceiling fan didn’t work, the kitchenette was tiny and lacked liquid dish soap, the hair dryer didn’t work, and the bathroom was very small. There was no breakfast, but that was fine with us.

“The staff was a life saver!”

I was exhausted after a late arrival and had gone to the wrong hotel in the wrong city, but the staff at this motel—especially Cassie—helped us get a room at another motel in Big Spring and we slept comfortably. The service was amazing.

This was my fifth stay in the past two years for work or vacation. It’s a small apartment with a full-size kitchen and a complete washer and dryer. Parking is great, the location is good, check-in is easy, and the room is comfortable. I usually bring my dog, but I didn’t this time because I’m traveling alone as a single woman.

I love how compact these apartments feel, with a den, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, a decent bathroom, and a separate bedroom. I could drive right up to my door and they welcome dogs. This was my fourth business trip there, and I really like it; the price is great.
