It is a haven of peace, a fabulous place, we recommend it with closed eyes. The staff is impeccable, professional, warm, and discreet. We recommend this palace to anyone who wants to stay in Marrakech. It’s a place within walking distance of Jemaa el‑Fnaa and others. Looking forward to our next trip to Marrakech with you for a longer stay. Everything was perfect.

Very large establishment, big room, big beds, big bathroom, big pool… everything is big :)! The room had two large, very comfortable beds. The pool is pleasant after a day of walking, though it’s not lacking chlorine… it stings the eyes! Lounge chairs around the pool and on the roof with a direct view of KOUTOUBIA. Excellent, hearty, varied breakfast. No air conditioning in the common reception and breakfast areas. Located on a very busy road, very convenient for moving around, but at night the city doesn’t sleep :)! and so noise easily enters your room.

The location was fairly good, the building’s architecture was nice, and the room was comfortable. However, the room had no balcony or garden‑floor windows as the listing claimed. The mattress covers on the terrace near the outdoor pool were very dirty, and there was no option to have breakfast on the terrace in this area. There was also no outdoor bar service for drinks.
