The location is excellent, close to Renfe and the metro without any of the city noise. The property feels like a run‑down commune, with many permanent and temporary residents using the space. When I arrived I was offered a different room than the one I had booked, and it didn’t have a lock; when I raised this, the owner told me I could stay only if I didn’t leave a review or contact customer service. He then threatened to evict me, saying I was no longer welcome. Be street‑smart if you stay here – it’s cheap for a reason and doesn’t feel especially safe.
