Our room faced the main street of Nemi, but there was no air conditioning; honestly, given the building and location, the lack didn't bother us. We slept very well, and the room stayed very quiet even though it looked out onto the main road. It was very clean. Breakfast wasn't included, but a partner bar just a 2‑foot walk from the room offers food.

The spot is priceless: our rooms overlooked the beautiful main street of Nemi’s center, from which you can see the lake. A bit of confusion at night, late into the evening, but given the location that would have been odd.

The building is beautiful, right in the town centre, with great interior spaces, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a fridge that the host had stocked with two bottles—a kindness that isn’t always offered.
