I highly recommend this hotel to travelers from all countries— the rooms and corridors have a very Japanese feel, the AC is strong and I love it ❤️. I also ordered a bathtub, and they provided a plastic bag for it, so I had no worries about hygiene. The room looked exactly like the photos, so I’d definitely suggest it to everyone.

The location is convenient if you want to be in the city center. The breakfast was not good, and the photos shown in the app about the room were misleading because the hotel is inside a building and all windows face the walls, yet the app shows panoramic views. The hallways inside the hotel are dark and lack ventilation. The in‑room bathroom has no privacy. The terrace and the vegetation that look neutral are fake, as the plants are dry and the terrace is dirty.

The spot was handy, but the staff felt dismissive and chaotic. Our room didn’t open until hours past the usual 14h00 check‑in, leaving us stuck. The window faced a wall just a meter away, making it feel like a Norwegian prison cell. Breakfast was repulsive, and compared to rival luxury and mid‑tier hotels that cost about $50 more, this place is a bargain‑price trap. It markets bright, spacious rooms, yet it’s essentially a hostel. The so‑called “Japanese concept” is just a dark hallway turned into a Disney‑style Japanese village streetscape, and the rooms are barren cells with only a plastic‑made floor bed that isn’t even wood.

Found the place in a shopping mall, had to climb to level 7 to get to the lobby. It was a bit of a hunt, but the hotel itself is a cool spot. The room is super comfy, and that huge TV hanging near the ceiling is a neat touch – you can watch shows from bed without straining. Staff were friendly and quick, and check‑in/out went smoothly. Wish they’d put up a bigger sign or send a heads‑up before arrival so you don’t have to hunt for the entrance.
