The location was convenient, but the room lacked comfortable chairs, the bathroom floors were dirty, and the property management was never available when we needed help. For people with short legs, getting into bed was difficult; a foot stool should be provided.

There was no breakfast, yet the property looked nicer. One staff member was present at check‑in but left shortly afterward and was never seen again; no staff were around for the rest of our stay.

No food was provided, and the place could have been cleaner. Because the hotel was Amish, there was no phone or desk staff; we had to call a number on the window to get in.

I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was spot on, which was a huge plus for me. However, I encountered an issue when I arrived around 9:45-10:00 pm and the receptionist wasn't on site, which meant I had to make a couple of calls before they finally showed up to check me in.
