The location was super cheap for reaching the Fichtelberg funicular and there was a good parking spot. Service was minimal, the shower was only brought after asking, and the motion‑sensor light on the spiral staircase to the inn was off.

Ja, war ausreichend und vielseitig. Besonders hat uns die Nähe zum Hang, zu den Transportmitteln zum Berg hinauf und die Beschilderung auf den Wanderwegen gefallen. ( dafür 5 Sterne). Alles bestens. Erholsam und übertraf die Erwartungen

A very nice hotel in a prime spot. Breakfast was great, covering everything you need to start the day. Lunch and dinner options are also excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and I got useful hiking and outing tips around Oberwiesenthal. All in all, highly recommend.
