The front desk and the on‑site restaurant were solid, and the bed was comfy with clean sheets. The staff were friendly and the heating worked well. Unfortunately, the room itself was very old, with mold on the walls and windows. Even after cleaning, the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly because the frame was swollen from moisture damage, and the mold was still visible. It was one of the pricier places we stayed in South America, and we didn’t feel it was worth the cost.

The staff were very friendly and the restaurant is a must‑try for dinner. The only thing that could use an upgrade is the furniture, which feels a bit outdated.

Everyone at the hotel was pleasant, and overall the property was in good shape.

The facilities and location are great, and the reception staff were helpful. The downside was the tiny soap in the bathroom and the shampoo sachet that was impossible to open.
