I appreciated how clean the room was, but I requested a quiet room and the front‑desk lady during the day was noisy, and when I told the night shift staff nothing changed; the room phone also didn't work and they didn't fix it. Some guests made a lot of noise and there was no control over that. The room met the advertised standards, but when I arrived they took a photo of my ID without my consent, which I didn't like – they should have clear data‑protection policies. Noise, broken reception phone, unauthorized photo of my ID, and lack of clear privacy policies.

The location was fine. The bathtub was extremely dirty, full of hair, showing a lack of cleaning; there were no towels, and after a water leak I was forced to open the door while changing because they knocked on it.

The location is great, restaurants are nearby, the room is comfortable and very cozy, but above all the warmth of the service and the friendliness of the reception staff stood out.
