We booked a stay at Tanie Noclegi Krysia Falsztyn, but ended up with neither accommodation nor paid money. When we arrived, nobody was present to let us in; we tried calling all the provided contacts from the start, but no one answered or even picked up. After several attempts through neighbors and other numbers, a woman who didn’t speak English finally answered. We kept calling with the given numbers, and a man answered after a while, saying he had left the hostel and claimed there was no reservation, that it was an old account. We received a confirmation from Booking that the reservation was confirmed and the payment had been charged. We had to look for another place overnight and reached out to Booking for help, but the issue remains unresolved to this day.

Everything was fantastic: a large house fully equipped with everything you need, comfortable beds, cozy, clean, and the host was very welcoming. The panoramic mountain views from all sides were amazing. It was Easter and we were invited to the Easter dinner. Highly recommend to everyone!
