Some adjustments are needed (the lobby isn’t welcoming, storage needs organizing, a mirror and frame aren’t hung in the room, curtains are hard to close, the remote is broken, soap is missing…) but otherwise the quality services in an ideal setting are beautiful.

The place was a bit confusing because it’s actually an Airbnb, not a hotel, and that wasn’t made clear. The TV remote never worked and no staff were available to fix it. There was no breakfast offered. Each person only got one towel and a single bar of soap for two people.

Everything was perfect—clean, spacious room, gorgeous décor. Claire was professional, welcoming, caring, and really focused on our comfort. I’m already looking forward to another visit. No negative points; everything was flawless thanks to Claire’s efforts.
