The environment is very elegant, refined, and well‑organized. The room is cozy, immaculate, and tastefully furnished, with a spectacular view. The spa area is delightful, and the staff is outstanding—always ready with a smile, especially Franco 😊, making you feel at home. A special shout‑out to the chef and the delicious cuisine—great job, everyone 👏. The dinner and breakfast buffets are plentiful and varied; just adding dish names would help guests navigate better.

The location is lovely, the staff is very sweet, and the SPA, sauna, and pool area are extensive, with fantastic food. The staff created a very homely atmosphere and were very helpful. It’s about 25 minutes from Merano, at an altitude that gives a pleasant temperature. eMTB rentals and charging for electric cars are available.
