The room description and photos were very misleading! We booked a Family Room for 4 adults listed with 3 beds (2 twin beds + 1 full bed), but the room we received had only 1 double bed and 1 single bed, not enough for 4 adults. They charged extra for an extra bed or pillows, offered no proper solution, refused to arrange alternative accommodation, and just wanted to refund us. Do not book this hotel!

The staff were very accommodating, the rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Some of the other guests were a little noisy late at night.
