It’s quite close to the town centre and on the main highway for easy location and travel the next morning. The property is an old‑style motel and was very, very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom functional and very clean. The room was also spacious and parking outside the room’s door is convenient and useful. The grounds outside and the driveway could do with some care and attention.

The location was spot‑on for what I needed, making everything easy to get to. Unfortunately, there was a light that stayed on all night right above the door, which made it hard to sleep. Handy spot, just wish they could dim that lamp.

The room felt huge and there were plenty of outlets for all my gadgets, which was a real plus. The only thing that bugged me was the ash tray out front – it was never cleared, and as a non‑smoker that was a bit off‑putting. Overall, a roomy spot but they could tidy up the ash trays more often.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to like – the place felt old and really worn down. Everything seemed tired, from the carpet to the furniture, and I didn’t see any redeeming features. Not a great impression at all.

The room was tidy and clean, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. The downside was the bed – it was pretty uncomfortable and left me tossing all night. Clean enough, but the mattress needs work.
