We stayed at this B&B in August; the place is wonderful with a breathtaking view, an unforgettable sunset over Capri. We rented a scooter to reach the property and move around independently. The experience was lovely, the room was clean, and the staff were very kind—truly a marvelous stay.

The view is good, but the equipment is poor, outdated, and rundown. In a double room there was only one glass, no chair, just five hangers and no wardrobe; the bathroom was damp, and the pool area had broken fixtures.

We really enjoyed our stay. The terrace and pool view were absolutely beautiful, providing a perfect spot to relax. The area was quiet, the property well maintained, the rooms clean, and the owners incredibly welcoming and friendly. We would definitely recommend it! We did miss having a designated area with a kettle and cups, as only a vending machine was available and didn’t supply hot water. After asking, we were told where to find a kettle. An added benefit would be a small area with a kettle, a few cups, and perhaps some plates. Breakfast could be ordered, which might provide hot water, but we don’t eat breakfast, so that small convenience was lacking.

The location is spectacular and Giuliano’s hospitality and attention to customers are outstanding. The rooms, while cozy and well‑equipped, could benefit from a price adjustment.

We really enjoyed our stay here and honestly had a great experience. Everything was lovely, and the hosts were always friendly, available, and happy to help. In our case, Giuliano even gave us a lift when we happened to meet him and realized he was heading in the same direction—such a kind and unexpected gesture! A special mention also goes to the staff at the nearby Ristorante Emilia, who were incredibly kind and helpful. One thing I wanted to mention because I had actually read it in another review before booking: I was a little worried by the comment that the room had no window, as this would have been a real issue for me. In reality, there is a window in the door as well as a window in the bathroom, so for us it was absolutely fine. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back! Nothing.
