The location, staff, cleanliness, and the room with its balcony are great. The shared kitchen could be a bit better.

I couldn't complete the booking because my reservation was cancelled. The host only communicated with me to say that my reservation was no longer available. They sent a confirmation message through Booking, but there was no direct communication with me to confirm. The host only informed me of the cancellation; in all my experience using Booking, they have always respected my reservations and communicated directly to confirm the accommodation. They simply notified me that my reservation was cancelled and blamed me for not responding to a generic Booking message; I would have expected them to contact me directly to confirm my booking, but I only received a cancellation notice. I was not given the chance to confirm the accommodation or make an advance payment if they had any doubts, which caused many inconveniences because I had to book elsewhere on short notice.
