The spot was gorgeous, especially around the main building, but our stay in the garden house had a big flaw: the floor above wasn’t insulated, so we could hear them talking right through the walls. I also missed having a mini‑bar in the room. The faucet in the sink and the shower head barely delivered water, and the toilet’s porcelain turned brown at the bottom where the water sits.
