The hotel was pretty clean and proper, and the staff were nice. Even though it was on the 5th floor, the music from the adjacent bar was too loud in the room, especially after a tiring flight. We were able to switch rooms for the next night, but the noise was almost the same for almost 3 nights at night.

The room was noisy, making it impossible to sleep, and the photos for the standard room were misleading. I booked a room with a bathtub, but they told me I had to pay an extra 1000 bht. They had rooms available but just wanted to overcharge. They were not willing to offer a solution even though they admitted the photos were misleading.

The highlight was the view, which the large windows made very impressive. Otherwise the room was clean and the staff friendly. For over 2000 baht there was no pool, no breakfast included. The room was small and very noisy at night. There was no hot water in the shower. The sea water was very dirty and hardly usable for swimming.

The second night’s room was perfect thanks to the staff for changing my room, plus a refund. The first night the room was too close to the bar next door, with loud music and people.
