The room design is nice, the location is excellent, private parking is very important, and the air‑conditioning works well. The shower is poorly equipped, lacking towel hooks near the washbasin and no shower or body soap holder; the shower head is low to the floor. The beds are too small, the room could use a larger, more luxurious bed, and the air‑conditioning is stiff and uncomfortable.

We stayed one night in a first‑night suite and it was a wonderful experience. The suite feels truly authentic, inviting, and full of the special atmosphere of old Safed. Everything is clean, meticulous, and organized at a high level, and it feels like every little detail was considered. The hostess Shosh is a perfect 10/10—available, pleasant, and sincerely helpful. Even though it was just one night, we left wanting more and will definitely come back. Highly recommended ❤️
