We’re back for a second stay and intend to keep coming back whenever we visit. The hotel offers excellent service and is a great place overall. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is good, and it’s conveniently close to everything.

The hotel delivers true value for money and includes every amenity you need. The rooms are very clean, the beds comfortable, the location superb, the TV huge and smart, and there’s free parking right outside. The staff are very helpful, and the bar‑restaurant sits conveniently on the ground floor. Other guests have complained about the lack of closets, but there’s a clothes rack and plenty of shelves for organizing. Having stayed in almost every Manchester hotel over the years, this one is by far the best. The only downside is the loud air‑conditioning.

All of the front desk staff was amazing they were very helpful. There was an issue with me signing into Wi-Fi which I didn't need but I don't believe that was anything to do with the staff they tried to help. I needed the Wi-Fi and for some reason my name and her number kept getting denied no matter what myself or the front desk staff did
